Here I Am... See?

(I didn't have my normal proofreader... if anyone notices a typo... give me a private heads up?)

Hi!

Apologies for the space between this blog post and the last one.  Rest assured that this time it wasn't because I was out drinking my face off or generally being depressed and suicidal, as I used to do between blogs in the past secretly without telling you guys.  I have just been so overwhelmed by life lately (in a good way) that it has become difficult to center my attention in one place for too long (in a good way).

Anyway... here's a video.  And some other stuff.

(I awkwardly spend the first minute of this video trying to describe a subtle change in my eating habits... bear with me though... watch the whole thing.)

I love you all so much and I want to talk to and get to know, as intimately as they would like, ANY person who comes to this website and sees something they like.  Or even if they see something they don't like.  I just want to talk!

(Please, link the shit out of this blog too, if you feel so compelled.  Re-Tweet my link, or tweet your own link.  Facebook my link or e-mail it.  If you see a random computer sitting with an open browser take the time to just type in my address, hit enter and walk away.  Write the address on bathroom stalls with Sharpies.  Whatever!)

If you want to talk on the phone or like... on video chat or anything else, then simply Tweet @ me or FaceBook me or e-mail me and we will set that up immediately.

All of this goes to people I know AND people I don't.  If you are my cousin and we have rarely spoken in the last couple of years for some reason, or if you are a person living on the other side of the globe who doesn't know me from Adam, I REALLY want to talk to you.  Anyone!  ASAP.

Oh, and everyone should help me get connected to Lady Gaga.  I want to talk to her and possibly bed her. :-p

Now, some pictures and stuff!

This is a printer I got a hell of a deal on.  It's a laser printer, meaning I can print TONS with it for way way cheap (as opposed to ink jet printers, which are essentially a mechanism of indentured servitude to Hewlett Packard).

I intend on using my "Monochrome Laser Printer" to do a lot of stuff, including printing out flyers and pamphlets and zines and even small "books."  I am particularly interested in pamphleteering.  The printer was a steal at $70.

I met a guy on Craigslist who is going to teach me how to play racquetball (for a refresher on this, click here.)  Anyway, me and racquetball guy met up in Boulder the other day for a bite.  We saw these rock structures getting built!

Look at all these rocks these Boulderites were stacking up in the river!  It looked... well... impossible and I am not convinced that these men and women were not Jedi.

Pretty pretty.

Love the lighting here.

I customized my phone by glossing this cool stuff onto the back of it with a clear coat... I think this probably voids my warranty.  Fuck it.  :-)

My newest desktop background.  I love wallpapers for some reason.  Do you like it?

Here's a flyer I made (with my laser printer).  Click it to see it up close.  In fact, you should print them out and put them on your favorite coffe shop wall.  Make sure to slice along the lines on the bottom so that people can easily tear away the little QR codes.

This is a song that you will dig if you:
like hip hop;
like San Francisco;
like slang or the evolution of language;
like modern poetry;
or
smoke chronic.

I'll leave you on a somewhat sobering note.  This is the trailer for a movie that I have seen a couple of times now.  It is easily available online.  Check it out.  It motivates me a great deal.  If you live anywhere near me, I would love to sit down and watch this movie with you in person.  Anyone.  Anywhere.  I'm in Longmont Colorado.

Alright... that's all for now.  Love. :-)

You know cricket, you have risen even higher in my estimation!!!

Great that you got a racquet ball friend, hope that you are having fun with it and that all your lunch meetings will yield interesting photos of interesting events like the Jedi rock piling exercise.

The wall paper makes me think of chocolate covered golden vanilla ice cream, yummy, but alas I will not indulge as I will become part of the calorie wastage. That is a very interesting perspective, now I feel guilty about the extra calories.

As for us not waking up with murderous intentions and your continued love for anyone I believe that while we may be born innocent by practice we form either the habit of hate or the habit of love and a lot of times the habit in between. I attend some classes on spirituality and during one class we were introduced to the ideal of stopping and examining our actions and deciding if the habits that we were cultivating were those which we wanted, and it made sense to be either by our act or omission to act we ultimately choose our paths. By virtue of that ability to choose we decide if the road we are travelling is the one we want to be on, we are responsible for our individual and collective hatred or love. On a funny note, my sister says its a sad note, I customize my phone with scratches and scrapes, and I don't give a damn what anybody say I like listening to JFK!!
